JennetteDeBerry began her career in acting when she was a kid actor at the age of 11, when she took on the role as an adorable flower girl on The Way She Moves. Also, she was a part of It's a Miracle as Brittany in the same year. DeBerry was cast as Alex in the series I'm with Her in 2003. DeBerry's first film acting as a theatre actor came in the form of Love and Mary, in which she performed the role of Sara Pedersen. DeBerry continued her career in television by booking the series What's the Word? the following year. The show featured her on two episodes. She was featured in two episodes on the show. DeBerry was noticed because of her appearance on the television show True Jackson which she played VP playing the character of Cammy, a friend of Pinky played by Jennette McCurdy. DeBerry appeared as a guest on Disney Channel as she guest on Shake It Up; her role was Destiny (Flynn's crush) for the segment "Hook It Up". For 31 episodes, DeBerry appeared as Paisley Houndstooth on Disney Channel's comedy series A.N.T. Farm. DeBerry performed the role of Mindy who played the leading female character of Rooster Teeth's debut feature film Lazer Team. DeBerry was Lisa Weld (Stephen Tobolowsky) She also starred in Mamaboy.
